Foxx Life Sciences’ VersaCaps and adapters allow users to easily customize carboys and Heavy Duty Vacuum Bottles for a variety of applications. VersaCap adapters are available with a variety of hose barb sizes and configurations, including molded in hose barbs and quick-connect hose barbs. VersaCaps are leakproof, and feature replaceable platinum-cured silicone gaskets, as well as large finger and hand grips for easy loosening and tightening. The Bioprocess adapter is compatible with custom closures that provide closed systems designed for fluid transfer. This is compatible with Saint-Gobain’s EZ TOP® Container Closures with C-FLEX® tubing. EZ TOP® and C-FLEX® are registered trademarks of Saint-Gobain. All VersaCaps and adapters are molded from autoclavable polypropylene, and are available in industry-standard 53B, 83B, and wide-mouth 120 mm sizes. The recommended autoclaving cycle is 20 minutes at 15 PSI and 121°C.

Electron Microscopy Sciences Reusable Silicone Rubber Mold Round, 1-1/4" diameter
These reusable molds for cold embedding are made from sturdy, flexible, white silicone, and are easily removed without the need for release agents. Much smoother than rubber molds, enabling easy identification of samples in clear resins. They hold their shape to produce consistent, reliable round embedding.

Foxx Life Sciences’ EZBio GL45 Cap with VersaCap technology is leak-proof and provides the ultimate in top-connection flexibility for plastic and glass bottles. Open VersaCap is compatible with a variety of adapter inserts, enabling users to quickly change the top connections of each bottle to match their application needs. VersaCap offers finger grips that allow for easy tightening and opening. The EZBio GL45 Cap includes molded-in hose barb (HB) options, available in a closed cap, open cap and closed adapter, 2x 1⁄8” HB, 2x 1⁄4”HB, 3x 1⁄8” HB, 4x 1⁄8” HB in both white and natural colors. All EZBio GL45 Caps and adapters are made from polypropylene, which may be autoclaved at 15 PSI and 121°C (250°F) for 20 minutes.

VersaCap offers large finger grips that allow for easy tightening and opening. They are also stackable, and offered in 53mm, 83mm (compatible with most carboys), and 120mm wide-mouth versions that fit exclusively on Foxx Life Sciences 20L, 40L, and 75L EZfil carboys. Quick-connect hose barb options include combinations of two, three, and four ports, with 1/4 and 3/8 hose barb sizes. Molded-in hose barb options are available in 1/8, 1/4, 516, and 1/2 sizes. VersaCap are made from polypropylene, which may be autoclaved at 15 PSI and 121C (250F) for 20 minutes.

VersaBarb is available in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", and 3/4" hose barb sizes. In addition, a 3/4" sanitary fitting VersaBarb is also available to enable the EZgrip carboy to function as a supply reservoir for a larger system. Offers a convenient solution for bottom-connections and can fit a variety of tubing diameters. Made from Class VI autoclavable polypropylene.
