The PharMed BPT tubing withstands repeated CIP and SIP, simplifying cleaning and sterilization. Tubing can be used with most commercial cleaners and sanitizers; autoclave up to five cycles or use gamma irradiation without affecting overall service life.
Tubing features exceptional flex life characteristics and wear properties to outlast silicone in peristaltic pumps and help minimize downtime due to tubing failures. Low permeability characteristics provide protection for sensitive fluids from gas ingress. Opaque tubing protects light-sensitive fluids from visible and UV lights.

Tygon E-1000 ultra-soft laboratory tubing delivers low-durometer flexibility for peristaltic pump and laboratory dispensing applications that require tight bends and low torque. This configuration is 0.250 in inner diameter, 0.375 in outer diameter, and supplied in 50 ft lengths.

Fittings are manufactured, double bagged, and sealed in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom to ensure that the integrity is not compromised. An ISO Class 7 cleanroom utilizes HEPA filtration systems to maintain air cleanliness levels of less than 10,000 particles of 0.5 µm or larger per cubic foot.
Easily combine or split fluid flow using Y unions. A single barb on each end of the fitting creates a tight seal to keep the tubing in place. An anti-rotation device on each port prevents tubing from rotating, minimizing kinks. These animal-derivative-free polypropylene fittings are radiation stable and resistant to solvents, chemicals, water, strong mineral acids, bases, and other inorganic environments. Not recommended for use with oxidizing agents.
