Plastic Tubing
Plastic tubing of various lengths and bores constructed of materials suitable for general laboratory, biopharmaceutical, food and beverage, medical, vacuum, low-pressure, high-pressure, cleanroom or environmental applications. Products may be chemical- or corrosion-resistant. Formulated for resistance to flex fatigue and abrasion, plastic tubing is more flexible and less permeable than rubber tubing.
How Is Plastic Tubing Used?
Flexible plastic tubing may be used as transfer lines for contamination fluid control, hydraulics, protective jacketing, vacuum pump and diaphragm pump feeds and discharges, refrigeration, water and fluid lines, food and beverage, instrumentation, research laboratories, agriculture, material handling, air and gas lines, chemical lines and pharmaceuticals.
Types of Plastic Tubing:
• PVC: lightweight and flexible, will retain its bore on bending and can be sterilized up to 121°C
• Silicone: ideal where a hard-wearing material is needed, including transfer of liquids or higher temperature environments
• LDPE: good for general low pressure and temperature, instrumentation, corrosive atmosphere, and food processing
• PTFE: has excellent chemical-resistant and temperature-resistant properties
• PE: flexible, lightweight, durable, and corrosion resistant, used for a wide range of liquid, gas, and fluid transfer applications
• FEP: clear, small-diameter tubing, the economical choice for chemical resistance and broad temperature exposure
• PEEK: high-performance polymer with mechanical and chemical resistance, and highly resistant to thermal degradation

Grainger Hose Extension 36 in L
The Lincoln 36" Hose Extension is a rubber hose designed to extend the reach of an existing hose. It has a 3/4" inner diameter and is made of heavy duty rubber reinforced with a wire coil. The hose has machined brass couplings and is rated for 300 PSI working pressure. It can handle temperatures from -40°F to 150°F. The hose measures 36" long when fully extended and weighs approximately 2 lbs. It is manufactured in the USA by Lincoln Industrial Corp. This hose extension allows you to easily join two hoses together to increase your hose length.

Grainger Hose Adapter 1-1/4 NPTM 3/8 NPTM
The Grainger Approved Hose Adapter is a brass hose adapter that connects 3/4 in. hose ID to 1/2 in. male pipe thread. It has a maximum pressure rating of 300 PSI and temperature rating of 250°F.
