The Cytokeratin 20 antibody [MSVA-620R] HistoMAX™ (GTX04376) is a Rabbit Monoclonal antibody in the GeneTex HistoMAX portfolio. The antibody is extensively evaluated for IHC-P using formalin-fixed human normal tissues (more than 70 different sections) and cancer tissue arrays to guarantee specificity and best-in-class performance. Information regarding both manual and autostainer staining protocols are available.Figure Legend: IHC-P analysis of human mucosa from descending colon tissue using GTX04376 Cytokeratin 20 antibody [MSVA-620R] HistoMAX. In the colon mucosa cytokeratin 20 staining is strongest at the surface epithelium and decreased towards the crypt base.
