Properly cutting tubing is one of the most difficult tasks in a chromatography laboratory. These Pre-Cut PEEK Tubes are the perfect solution. This Super-T™ grade ( Premium ), PEEK tubing is extruded from virgin PEEK ( Victrex ) material without adding any additives. The broken yellow stripes are added only to the outside of the tubing, leaving the interior all natural PEEK which eliminates leachables due to color. The internal and outer dimensional tolerances of this tubing is +/- 0.025mm. Color Code: Blue, Stripes for 0.010" ( 0.25mm ) ID. Pressure rating: 5600 psi.

This MicroSolv PTFE ( Polytetrafluoroethylene ) Tubing is extruded from virgin PTFE, manufactured exclusively by DuPont. We do not add any additives to the original PTFE material, except for particles for color coding. This tubing is used widely in all low-pressure, laboratory applications including before and after an HPLC Pump. The blue color can be used to identify different lines often used with Mobile Phase Delivery and Solvent Waste Systems. Since PTFE tubing contains "micro-pores" in the tubing wall, which allows a quick air exchange, consideration for for use with degassed and oxygen-sensitive solvents is needed. Internal and Outer Dimensional Tolerance: +/- 0.20mm Color: Blue ID: 0.010" ( 0.25mm ) Pressure rating: 800 psi.

PEEK Tubing, Natural PEEK Tubing - 1/8" OD x .060" ID x 100FT, 3600 PSI. PEEK tubing has the strength required to withstand continuous use at HPLC pressure without swelling or bursting, and is not affected by halide salts, high strength buffers, or other aggressive mobile phases that corrode stainless steel. The polymer surface will not leach metal ions into the eluent or extract metal-sensitive components from the sample. Note however that dichloromethane, THF, and DMSO may cause swelling in PEEK, and concentrated nitric and sulphuric acid will attack PEEK.
