The package contains 2 columns, 6 frits (polyethylene frit with a nominal pore size of 12 µm) and 4 caps. The FPLC column parts are made of polypropylene which shows excellent chemical resistance to most of the commonly used reagents

Connections between the column, reservoir and flow control adapter are spherical joints connected with CG-150 stainless steel pinchclamps.
