Depending on the quality of the peptides synthesized, flash chromatography can be used either as the sole method of purification or as a front end clean-up prior to RP-HPLC.These 25g Biotage Sfär Bio flash C4 columns come in a pack of 2 columns. They allow more peptide to be processed in a single injection and a reduction in solvent usage and waste. Biotage Sfär Bio offers close to prep-HPLC performance, in a flash format at a fraction of the cost. Biotage Sfär columns are available as C18 and C4 media - C4 is slightly more polar than C18, and therefore the selectivity of C4 is increased for smaller and more polar molecules
