Avantor ACE Bioanalytical HPLC columns are manufactured with 300 A Ultra-Inert Base Deactivated Silica specifically designed for your Protein and Peptide HPLC method development needs. Avantor ACE Bioanalytical HPLC columns are available in a wide range of bonded phases (including C18, C8, C4, Phenyl, and CN). Avantor ACE Bioanalytical HPLC columns are available in 3, and 5 um particle sizes and a wide range of column IDs and column lengths including nano, capillary, microbore, analytical, semi-preparative and preparative formats. All Avantor ACE Bioanalytical columns are known to deliver excellent peak shape and verified batch to batch reproducibility for difficult Protein and Peptide separations. Columns are packed in 275 bar HPLC hardware. Note: Avantor ACE Bioanalytical HPLC guard columns are available for all 3.0 and 5.0 um particle sizes across 2.1 mm to 4.6 mm column ID - C0001 male/male union is needed to connect guard holder (H0001) to the analytical column.

Antibodix columns are specially designed for high resolution, high efficiency and high recovery separations of antibodies. The packing support is composed of a rigid, spherical, highly cross-linked poly(styrene divinylbenzene) (PS/DVB) non-porous bead. The non-porous resin has particle size of 1.7, 3, 5 and 10 µm. The PS/DVB resin surface is grafted with a highly hydrophilic, neutral polymer thin layer with the thickness in the range of nanometer. On the top of the hydrophilic layer, weak cation-exchange functional groups are attached via a proprietary chemistry, resulting in high capacity ion-exchange layer.

Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC and HPLC columns are manufactured with 100 Å Ultra-Inert Base Deactivated Silica specifically designed for your HPLC method development needs - Note SuperC18 is 95 Å Avantor ACE HPLC columns are available in a wide range of bonded phases (i.e. C18, C18-AR, C18-PFP, C18-Amide, CN-ES, SuperC18, NH2, C8, C4, Phenyl, AQ, CN and Sil). Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC and HPLC columns are avaialble in 1.7, 2, 3, and 5 µm particle sizes in all analytical column sizes. All Avantor ACE Excel columns are known for their excellent peak shape and batch to batch reproducibility. Columns are packed in 1000 bar UHPLC hardware. Note: Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC guard columns are available for all 1.7 and 2 µm particle sizes across all 2.1 mm - 4.6 mm column ID - Note: H0011 connects directly to the analytical column - Guard column cartridges are available in 3-packs. For 3 and 5 µm Excel columns use same guard systems used for Avantor ACE HPLC analytical columns.
