Free-Turn™ architecture allows the user to change cartridges by hand without breaking fluid connections on the holder inlet/ outlet. This unique design connects directly to any injection valve (with 10-32 threads) or in-line with 1/16” tubing for unparalleled convenience and efficiency. The EXP™ System enables chemists to quickly remove detergents or salts which can affect the ionization process in MS work. This trapping technique can concentrate the sample directly on-line, allowing for increased recovery of precious sample material compared to off-line techniques. HP-Amino phase is compatible with versatile mobile phases from non-aqueous solvents, such as hexane/ethyl acetate and chloroform/methanol, to aqueous solutions. It is recommended for separations of sugars, nucleotides, basic organic compounds, as well as the pharmaceuticals.

Proteomix ion-exchange phases have been innovatively developed for achieving high ion-exchange capacity, a breakthrough technology for non-porous resins. Proteomix packing support is composed of a rigid, spherical, highly cross-linked poly(styrene divinylbenzene) (PS/DVB) non-porous bead with particle size selections of 1.7, 3, 5 and 10 µm. The PS/DVB resin surface is grafted with a highly hydrophilic, neutral polymer thin layer with the thickness in the range of nanometer. The hydrophobic PS/DVB resin surface is totally covered by a hydrophilic coating that eliminates non-specific bindings with biological analytes, leading to high efficiency and high recovery separations for biological molecules.

HP-SCX is a silica based mixed-mode strong cation exchange phase. The phase has a mixed chemical structure of sulfonic acid and phenyl group. The mixed mode of strong cation-exchange and hydrophobicity offers unique selectivity and high resolution separation for cationic/basic and nitrogen containing compounds as well as desirable retention for a variety of weak cationic and neutral organic compounds. The uniform polymeric bonding of HP-SCX enhances its stability under various separation conditions.HP-SCX has expanded its applications from the traditional SCX separation of cationic and nitrogen containing compounds to weak cationic and neutral organic molecules. Examples include separation of analytes of amines and polyamines, such as alkaloids, peptides, codeine, and cough and cold ingredients.

HP-Silica phase is made of activated hydroxyl (-OH) functional group with the pore size selection of 120 Å and particle size selection of 1.8, 3, 5, and 10 µm. Carbon loading is 0.0%. HP-Silica is used as the normal phase as well as HILIC phase. HP-Silica phases are suitable for separations of polar and basic organic compounds, such as vitamins, steroids, as well as pharmaceuticals.

GP-C8 phase is synthesized with monomeric and fully endcapped chemistry. The uniform octyl stationary phase allows high efficiency with lower hydrophobicity compared to ODS phase. GP-C8 phase is suitable for separating compounds with a wide range of hydrophobicity. It is highly recommended for separating the compounds which are too strongly retained on C18 phases.
