Avantor ACE Bioanalytical HPLC columns are available in 3, and 5 um particle sizes and a wide range of column IDs and column lengths including nano, capillary, microbore, analytical, semi-preparative and preparative formats. All Avantor ACE Bioanalytical columns are known to deliver excellent peak shape and verified batch to batch reproducibility for difficult Protein and Peptide separations. Columns are packed in 275 bar HPLC hardware. Note: Avantor ACE Bioanalytical HPLC guard columns are available for all 3.0 and 5.0 um particle sizes across 2.1 mm to 4.6 mm column ID - C0001 male/male union is needed to connect guard holder (H0001) to the analytical column.

Avantor Prevail HPLC columns exhibit long column lifetime in both highly aqueous and highly organic mobile phases. Avantor Prevail HPLC columns are silica based except for Prevail Carbohydrate ES. The stability of these phases is such that a single column can be switched between highly aqueous for analysis of highly polar analytes and highly organic for strong retention of hydrophobic analytes. Avantor Prevail HPLC columns are stable from highly organic to highly aqueous. Avantor Prevail HPLC columns are specialty phases for specific applications. Proteomix HIC columns are specially designed for high resolution and high efficiency separations of proteins, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), oligonucleotides and peptides via a hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) mechanism. Utilizing proprietary surface technologies, Proteomix HIC-NP resin is made of non-porous polystyrenedivinylbenzene (PS/DVB) beads with narrow-dispersed particle size distribution. As shown in figure below, the PS/DVB bead is modified with alkyl groups or aryl groups that provide hydrophobic interaction with analytes. Proteomix HIC-NP resin is highly rigid and mechanically stable. In comparison to silica-based HIC phase media, Proteomix HIC-NP phases have advantages for biomolecule separations with a wide pH range (2-12) and high chemical stability.
