Mac-Mod Vydac 214MS C4, 300 Å, 5 µm, 1.0 x 150 mm HPLC Column
Vydac TP was the first range of wide pore media phases developed and became the industry standard for peptide and protein separations. The 300 ¿TP silica gives polypeptide molecules complete access to the interior of the silica pores. Vydac TP is known for long column lifetime and negligible phase leaching. Vydac TP provides reliable protein purifications, scalable from analytical to preparative scale. Vydac 218TP and 238TP are used for small polypeptides of 4-5kDa, enzymatic digest fragments, natural and synthetic peptides and multi-ring compounds. Vydac 208TP is recommended for polypeptides of molecular weight 10-20kDa. Vydac 214TP is recommended for the analysis of glycoproteins, hemoglobin variants, histones, insulin variants and membrane proteins. Vydac 219TP is suitable for polypeptides with aromatic side chains, large hydrophobic proteins, membrane-spanning peptides, lipid peptides and fusion proteins from inclusion bodies.

This Cogent HPS C8™ Octyl Stationary Phase has been a premium value and used by HPLC laboratories for many years. It is double end capped ( fully ), with mono functional bonding of an 8 carbon silane to our unique 120A silica, making this Column ideal as an Alternate in any USP Method that uses the L7 Classification or for new methods. With a 5 µm Particle, this column works well with higher flow rates and lower back pressures compared with smaller particles. Used for hydrophobic or neutral compounds in Reversed Phase, this Octyl Phase is excellent for long chain fatty acids. Expect shorter retention than with a C18 column. This is a traditional size column and is used in many legacy methods.

Sepax Technologies Inc Sepax HPLC Column Carbomix K-NP10, 10% Crosslinkage, 7.8 x 300 mm
Carbomix phases are composed of spherical, low cross-linking polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) particles with their surfaces modified with sulfonic acid (-SO3H), followed by chelating of metal ions of calcium (Ca2+), lead (Pb2+), sodium (Na+) or potassium (K+) to form Carbomix Ca-NP, Pb-NP, Na-NP, K-NP phases, respectively.
