Pipette Specific Tips
Disposable pipette tips designed to fit specific manufacturers’ single and multichannel pipettes; offer optimal performance with the pipette for which they were designed but may be used with other pipettes when performance is not critical.
Pipettor manufacturers typically produce pipette tips designed specifically for their products. Some manufacturer specific tips can be used with other pipettor brands, however. And universal pipette tips can be substituted for the manufacturer specific tips. Generally, the pairing of the manufacturers’ pipettors and pipettor-specific tips produce the best results.
Manufacturer specific tips are available sterile or non-sterile; in a range of sizes, styles, and colors; and with and without filters. They may be sold in bulk packaging, in racks, individually wrapped, blister-packed, or in reload formats.

The Integra 1250 μL Griptips Sterile Filter Tips are low retention pipette tips designed for precise liquid handling. They come in 10 eco-racks of 96 tips each, for a total of 960 tips. The tips have a maximum volume of 1250 μL and feature a hydrophobic PE filter membrane for protection against aerosols. Made of medical grade virgin polypropylene, these sterile tips have low binding properties to reduce sample loss. With their wide opening and smooth inner walls, they allow easy aspiration and dispensing. The slim design provides good visibility and access. These filter tips are ideal for PCR set-up and other sensitive applications requiring sterile conditions.
