Grainger End Mill Kyocera MEC 1000S10017 100
The Kyocera 170HG4 is a 4-flute end mill made of micrograin carbide with a TiAlN coating. It has a 1/2" shank diameter, a 1-1/2" overall length, and a 3/4" cutting diameter. The end mill features variable helix flutes for reduced harmonics and chatter and is designed for high feed milling in steel, stainless steel, hardened steel, titanium, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals. It has a center cutting design allowing plunge cuts and slotting. The end mill is manufactured in Japan to tight tolerances.
Grainger Threading Tool 5/16 Carbide
The Micro 100 Threading Tool is a 5/16" shank threading tool with a 60 degree threading insert. It has a 0.625" maximum depth of thread and can cut unified screw threads from 4-56 to 1"-8. The tool body is made from C2 carbide and uses TPG432 inserts. It has a TiN coating for increased tool life. The threading tool has a 5/16" square shank and is 5.5 inches overall. It is designed for general purpose threading applications.
