The Kyocera External Grooving Toolholder 170JU4 is a toolholder for external grooving and parting. It has a JIS standard tool shank type B with dimensions of 20mm x 20mm. The toolholder allows a maximum insert thickness of 4.76mm and a minimum bore diameter of 25mm. It is made of forged steel for durability and has a screw clamp to hold inserts securely in place. The toolholder is compatible with Kyocera's TPGN series of inserts for parting and grooving. It allows high precision grooving, parting and cutoff operations.
