GSTrap(TM) ff columns are prepacked Glutathione Sepharose(R) fast flow columns for fast convenient one-step purification of glutathione S-transferase (GST) tagged proteins.GST*-tagged proteins can be purified directly from pretreated bacterial lysates using GSTrap(TM) ff.GST-tagged proteins are eluted under mild nondenaturing conditions using reduced glutathione. The purification process preserves protein antigenicity and function. If desired cleavage of the protein from GST can be achieved using a site-specific protease whose recognition sequence is located immediately upstream from the multiple cloning site on the pGEX plasmids. GST-tagged proteins can be detected using colorimetric or immunological methods. Organomation Unheated 12 position N-EVAP nitrogen evaporator
The unheated 12 position N-EVAP (cat# 11155-O) has proven to be an extremely durable, time-tested, and highly affordable member of Organomation’s N-EVAP line. These economical units provide controlled concentration of sample vials through the application of nitrogen gas within ambient temperatures. The N-EVAP’s circular rotating design permits each sample to be accessible from the front of the instrument for easy insertion and retrieval. The chrome plated needle valves are individually milled from solid brass, enabling precise, uniform adjustments for your nitrogen blow down. This promotes efficient and safe sample reduction with minimal nitrogen waste. At each individual sample position, the gas flow can be controlled via a precision needle valve. This is ideal for the simultaneous evaporation of samples with varying evaporation end points. The standard sample tray allows any test tube between 10-30 mm OD to be processed.
Organomation Unheated 45 Position N-EVAP
Our unheated 45-position nitrogen evaporator (Catalog # 11645-O) offers an ambient temperature solution for heat sensitive solvents. It has the largest number of sample positions in our N-EVAP line. The sample holder has dual circular rings. The outer ring has 30 positions and can accommodate samples with an outside diameter of 10-19 mm The inner ring has 15 positions and can accommodate samples with an outside diameter of 16-30 mm and a minimum height of 70 mm. This time-tested, durable system provides the least expensive price per position of all our N-EVAPs. The evaporative system, along with the standard flow control and pressure reducing regulator, enables the operator to achieve the desired level of concentration with efficient nitrogen usage. Our unique dual band spring hoist assembly ensures easy and effective operator use.
Perkin Elmer US LLC External Injector Support Adapter O-Ring, 9.25 mm I.D., for ELAN/NexION 300/350
This Injector Support Adapter O-Ring, 9.25 mm I.D. and 1.78 mm width, is for use with ELAN and NexION 300/350 ICP-MS series instruments. It is designed for use with both the Twist Type Torch Injector Support Adapter and the Cassette Type Torch Injector Support Adapter. Two of these PTFE O-rings are included in the ELAN Cassette O-Ring Kit for Injector Support for ELAN (N8120100). One is also included in the HF Sample Introduction Kit for NexION 300/350 (N8140507).
