Agitator, PTFE, Four Blade, 5in Diameter, Fits 19mm Shaft Size, 60¿ Impeller Angle. Agitators are made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE and are for use with 19mm OD stirrer shaft CG-2097 and have 60¿ impeller angles. The 60¿ impellers are set up to stir downwards in a clockwise direction and upwards when rotated counter-clockwise. Agitator hub is open so that it can be positioned anywhere along the shaft. Locks onto shaft with a collet hub and nut and has a glass filled PTFE safety screw. PLEASE NOTE: ANGLED IMPELLARS DESIGNED TO STIR UPWARDS IN A CLOCKWISE DIRECTION ARE AVAILABLE. Grease-Free PTFE stirrer bearing for use under moderate vacuum. The bearing consists of a PTFE standard taper body, PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) compression cap, PTFE Insert/bushing and a Nylon loosening nut. The PTFE insert/bushing provides only glass and PTFE contact with the reaction. Loosening nut above the standard taper inner joint allows easy and quick removal. Supplied complete with a Perfluoro o-ring on the body and a Viton o-ring on the bushing.

12.7mm Tru-Stir Stirrer Shaft Coupling, 5/16" Upper Male Coupling, For Use with CG-2047 Flex Shaft. The design of our Tru-Stir stirrer shaft coupling eliminates the need to use rubber hose or universal adapters to attach your stirrer shafts to overhead stir motors. Coupling incorporates a unique helical S.S. spring permitting up to 1/4¿ of offset misalignment and 45¿ of angular misalignment. Coupling is rated for 24 in-lbs of torque without the backlash normally associated with common coil springs. Lower portion of coupling has a nylon adapter with a one piece collar for attachment to 12.7mm (OD) stirrer shafts. Upper adapters permit the coupling to be used with CG-2047 flexible drive shafts. Male Upper Coupling is 5/16". Overall length of the coupling is 4¿. Supplied complete with an allen wrench set.

Chemglass Life Sciences 25.4mm PTFE Gasket
25.4mm PTFE Gasket. PTFE gasket is 0.015" thick with an opening to fit Chemglass stirrer shafts. Gasket is placed below the CG-2048 Safety collar to prevent wear as a result of the collar rotating against the stirrer bearing. Also useful as a dust cover. SOLD 12/PKG.

PFA Coated Hastelloy C-276 Thermocouple: 1/4" Diameter x 32" Long, Type "K", Fits Reactor Capacity: 30L & 50L Short. Thermocouples for use with Chemglass process reactors. Available in both ¿T¿ (blue connections) and ¿K¿ (yellow connections). The detachable thermocouples are for direct insertion in the reactors using a CG-1048-A or CG-1042-E thermocouple adapter, while the 4¿ long Hastelloy C-276 style is for use with the CG-1971 baffles and adapters. Detachable type thermocouples have a standard male plug (OST) and require a coiled extension cord for connection to the CG-3498 temperature monitor. The 4¿ long Hastelloy C-276 thermocouples are supplied with a 4ft FEP insulated cord having a standard male plug (OST).PLEASE NOTE: THE 1/2¿ DIAMETER PROBES HAVE A TRANSITION TO 6¿ OF PTFE LEADS AND ARE CLEAR FEP PTFE COATED.Maximum Probe Temperature Based on Coating- FEP is 200¿C and the Black PFA is 250¿C

10mm Stirring Shaft, Chem-Stir, Polished, For Use With 2L-12L Flasks, 530mm OAL, Complete with PTFE Nut and Bolt. A 10mm OD precision ground and polished stirrer shaft with our patented** Chem-Stir blade attachment system. Shaft (C) has been manufactured with a ring at the lower end to permit attachment of the blade (B) with a PTFE nut (D) and bolt (A). Shaft is supplied complete with PTFE nut and bolt set. For use with PTFE bearings such as the CG-2077. Polished shaft will not cause abrasion to the sealing surfaces of the PTFE bearing, thereby allowing a vacuum tight seal. Uses the same PTFE nut and bolt blade attachment method as the CG-2074 ground shaft.
