Compact Tru-Stir Shaft Coupling fits 19mm Shaft OD for use with Jacobs Chuck. Similar to CG-2044 but the overall height is 1” shorter. The unique design of our Tru-Stir™ stirrer shaft coupling eliminates the need to use rubber hose or universal adapters to attach your stirrer shafts to overhead stir motors. Coupling incorporates a unique helical S.S. spring permitting up to 1/8” of offset misalignment. Coupling is rated for 21 in-lbs of torque without the backlash normally associated w/common coil springs.Lower portion of coupling has a nylon adapter w/one piece collar for attachment to 19mm stirrer shafts. Upper adapters permit the coupling to be used w/ a standard Jacobs style 3-jaw chuck. Upper coupling size is 3/8". Adapter is also available for use with CG-2047 flexible shafts having 5/16” end fittings. Overall length of the coupling is 3”. Supplied complete with an allen wrench set.

Made of 3/16" PTFE to fit 19mm OD stirrer shafts. Minimum joint size listed is the size required to allow passage of the blade.

Stirrer Bearing, PTFE, Complete, fits 10mm Shaft, 45/50 Inner Joint. Grease-Free PTFE stirrer bearing designed for use in moderate vacuum applications. Bearing consists of a threaded glass adapter having the listed inner joint, a saddle o-ring, a body bushing with a compression and locking nut, and a precision PTFE inner bearing. The saddle o-ring provides only glass and PTFE contact with the reaction, while allowing for the vacuum tight seal. Design of the bearing permits replacement of the saddle o-ring at a fraction of the cost of the entire bearing. PLEASE NOTE: FOR USE ONLY WITH CG-2078 OR CG-2079 PRECISION GROUND AND POLISHED STIRRER SHAFTS.

Agitator, PTFE, Four Blade, 10in Diameter, Fits 25.4mm Shaft Size, 60¿ Impeller Angle. Agitators are made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE and are for use with 25.4mm OD stirrer shaft CG-2097 and have 60¿ impeller angles. The 60¿ impellers are set up to stir downwards in a clockwise direction and upwards when rotated counter-clockwise. Agitator hub is open so that it can be positioned anywhere along the shaft. Locks onto shaft with a collet hub and nut and has a glass filled PTFE safety screw. PLEASE NOTE: ANGLED IMPELLARS DESIGNED TO STIR UPWARDS IN A CLOCKWISE DIRECTION ARE AVAILABLE.
