PFA Coated Hastelloy C-276 Thermocouple: 1/4" Diameter x 32" Long, Type "T", Fits Reactor Capacity: 30L & 50L Short. Thermocouples for use with Chemglass process reactors. Available in both ¿T¿ (blue connections) and ¿K¿ (yellow connections). The detachable thermocouples are for direct insertion in the reactors using a CG-1048-A or CG-1042-E thermocouple adapter, while the 4¿ long Hastelloy C-276 style is for use with the CG-1971 baffles and adapters. Detachable type thermocouples have a standard male plug (OST) and require a coiled extension cord for connection to the CG-3498 temperature monitor. The 4¿ long Hastelloy C-276 thermocouples are supplied with a 4ft FEP insulated cord having a standard male plug (OST).PLEASE NOTE: THE 1/2¿ DIAMETER PROBES HAVE A TRANSITION TO 6¿ OF PTFE LEADS AND ARE CLEAR FEP PTFE COATED.Maximum Probe Temperature Based on Coating- FEP is 200¿C and the Black PFA is 250¿C

25.4mm Stirrer Shaft, Reactor Size: 50L (Tall), Fits Support Frame: CG-1968-F-14, Overall Length: 48.2". Precision ground and polished stirrer shaft for use with Chemglass process reactors. Designed to utilize CG-2095 and CG-2096 PTFE agitators. Lower portion of stirrer shaft is sandblasted and has a 3/8¿ wide flat. REPLACEMENT STIRRER SHAFTS ARE FOR USE WITH MECHANICAL SEAL STIR BEARING ON LISTED SUPPORT FRAME.

Agitator, PTFE, 10mm, Four Blade, 50mm Dia, Fits Shaft Size 10mm, 90¿ Impeller Angle. Agitators are made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE and are for use with 10mm OD stirrer shaft CG-2075-B. Available in 45¿, 60¿ and 90¿ impeller angles. The 45¿ and 60¿ impellers are set up to stir downwards in a clockwise direction and upwards when rotated counter-clockwise. Agitator hub is open so that it can be positioned anywhere along the stirrer shaft and locks onto shaft with a glass filled TFE screw.

Agitator, PTFE, Four Blade, 4in Diameter, Fits 19mm Shaft Size, 60¿ Impeller Angle. Agitators are made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE and are for use with 19mm OD stirrer shaft CG-2097 and have 60¿ impeller angles. The 60¿ impellers are set up to stir downwards in a clockwise direction and upwards when rotated counter-clockwise. Agitator hub is open so that it can be positioned anywhere along the shaft. Locks onto shaft with a collet hub and nut and has a glass filled PTFE safety screw. PLEASE NOTE: ANGLED IMPELLARS DESIGNED TO STIR UPWARDS IN A CLOCKWISE DIRECTION ARE AVAILABLE. 3mm Diameter Pin, Glass Filled PTFE. Replacement part for CG2096 series of High Viscosity Agitators. High viscosity agitator, made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE, provides excellent stirring at the bottom of 2L through 20L reactors, especially when heavy slurries are being mixed. Agitator attaches to stir shaft by both a compression fitting and a glass filled PTFE safety pin. Heavy duty blades are 7mm thick. Supplied complete with one glass filled PTFE safety pin.

19mm Tru-Stir Stirrer Shaft Coupling, 12mm Upper Female Coupling. The design of our Tru-Stir stirrer shaft coupling eliminates the need to use rubber hose or universal adapters to attach your stirrer shafts to overhead stir motors. Coupling incorporates a unique helical S.S. spring permitting up to 1/4¿ of offset misalignment and 45¿ of angular misalignment. Coupling is rated for 24 in-lbs of torque without the backlash normally associated with common coil springs. Lower portion of coupling has a nylon adapter with a one piece collar for attachment to 19mm (OD) stirrer shafts. Female Upper Coupling is 12mm. Overall length of the coupling is 4¿. Supplied complete with an allen wrench set.

Stirrer Bearing, PTFE, Complete, fits 10mm Shaft, 29/26 Inner Joint. Grease-Free PTFE stirrer bearing designed for use in moderate vacuum applications. Bearing consists of a threaded glass adapter having the listed inner joint, a saddle o-ring, a body bushing with a compression and locking nut, and a precision PTFE inner bearing. The saddle o-ring provides only glass and PTFE contact with the reaction, while allowing for the vacuum tight seal. Design of the bearing permits replacement of the saddle o-ring at a fraction of the cost of the entire bearing. PLEASE NOTE: FOR USE ONLY WITH CG-2078 OR CG-2079 PRECISION GROUND AND POLISHED STIRRER SHAFTS.
