Ibidi USA 3 Well Chamber, removable
The 3 Well Chamber, removable is a removable silicone chamber, mounted on a glass slide, for cell culture and immunofluorescence staining. It allows the use of standard cultivation, staining and mounting techniques with coverslip sealing. After mounting the glass slide with a coverslip, it is ready for the use with upright and inverted microscopes, as well as for long term storage. Suitable 24 mm×60 mm coverslips are provided by ibidi (Cat.# 10811). The special geometry of the 3 Well Chamber, removable provides a structure inside each well, forming a round inner well. The option of placing a round coverslip (Cat.# 10815) into the well allows the user to fill the inner well exclusively, by minimizing the volume and eliminating the meniscus. Measure real-time cAMP signaling kinetics in the nucleus cilia with this live cell fluorescent assay. Add NLS-tagged cADDis to your cells and measure robust signals the next day on a fluorescence imaging system. Decreasing green fluorescence indicates cAMP increase. This assay is genetically encoded and packaged in BacMam for efficient transduction in most cell types - including uniform and near 100% efficiency in HEK293 cells as well as expression in many primary or iPSC-derived cells. The kit includes the cAMP sensor BacMam, 500mM sodium butyrate in H2O, and a positive control receptor and agonist (B2AR BacMam and 10mM isoproterenol in HCl).
