Right-hand STAGE-BRC 7625 is a precision microscope stage designed for modular upright microscopes. It provides accurate X-Y specimen positioning with a ceramic-coated plate, a compact rear mid-position opening for sample access, and ergonomic single-specimen handling for routine and research workflows.

Electron Microscopy Sciences Quantifoil Holey Carbon Film R 0.6/1 on Gold 300 mesh Grid
QUANTIFOIL is a perforated support foil with pre-defined hole size, shape and arrangement. It has advantages in electron microscopy (EM) or low-energy electron point source (LEEPS) microscopy when compared with conventional holey film.
QUANTIFOIL with circular holes is used in cryo-electron tomographic reconstruction. The roundness of the holes is advantageous with respect to the formation of an ice layer of constant thickness. The whole size chosen depends on the magnification used, and on whether or not one wishes to include support film in the image. Assessment of the image quality is easier when foil is included in the picture, because the power spectrum of a foil is stronger than that of unsupported ice.

Ted Pella Inc PELCO Center-Marked Grids, 300 mesh, 3.0mm O.D., Copper
The PELCO Grids are usually somewhat thicker than similar TEM grids made by electro plating processes which makes them stiffer and easier to handle without the danger of bending, but still maintain a good definition of the grid bars. The wide rims (350-400µm) on the PELCO Grids provide additional stiffness and minimize the potential of interfering with the sample when picking up and handling the grids with tweezers. The popular PELCO Grids were introduced 45 years ago and have found a large user base in all disciplines of TEM. The grids have a shiny (smooth) finish on one side and matte (rough) or dull finish on the other side. Grids have all been inspected before packaging. A comprehensive selection of different grid styles is offered with the standard outside diameter of 3.05mm.

Maxtaform grids with clean and smooth edges, firm support, and a large open area. 3 mm diameter, 0.75 mil thickness. Copper grids with one surface coated with inert Rhodium. This coating will eliminate tarnishing, give side identification, and reduce the bar thickness.

Electron Microscopy Sciences Gilder Thin Bar Square 1000 mesh Copper Grid
Thin Bar Grids have been developed using a new technology to produce ultra-fine grids with thinner cross bars than regular grids. The result is equally firm specimen support but with 40% more open area for viewing maximum specimen surface area. 3.05 diameter, 0.8 mil thickness.

Electron Microscopy Sciences PremaDisk S-SiC Grinding Disc P1200, 200 mm diameter, 1200µm Particles
Grinding disks made with silicon carbide grains with a 60 percent SiC concentration that is hard resin bonded. The disc can be used in wet or dry applications and have a consistent stock removal rate. They are designed with a flat grain curve that will not flatten after a few applications. They are a good alternative to SiC abrasive paper and SiC grinding foils (films), lasting 50-100 times longer.
Grinding disks come with self-adhesive backing. The discs have a thickness of 0.4 mm.
