For use with Pt sampling cone, and must be mounted on the brass skimmer base. Use 10x Magnifier Inspection Tool with Built-In LED Illumination (NC2042261) to inspect cone orifice condition. Use Skimmer ConeGuard (70-803-1004) to protect cone threads during cleaning. Conikal Nebulizer 1.0 mL/min, includes EzyFit Connector with 0.75 mm ID x 1.6 mm OD x 1500 mm long tubing (1 piece) and EzyLok Connector (1 piece).Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 1.0 L/min and sample flow rate is 1.0 mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 1.0 mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. Backpressure should read approximately 30psi at 1.0 L/min gas flow rate. The Conikal nebulizer is a high-performance, general use glass nebulizer, that tolerates up to 5% TDS and 75um particulates. Replacement parts include P/Ns EZTS-16-75 and 502702994.Recommend nebulizer maintenance tools, Fluka RBS25 (P/N NC9000117) and Eluo Nebulizer Cleaning Tool (P/N NC9462559).
