They can be water polished quickly to achieve 90% transmission. The transmission of water polished KBr, KCI and NaCl will be the same as Real Crystal IR Cards.These blanks can also be polished to precision optics. Blanks are ideal for mulls, smears and qualitative testing.

Sealed liquid cells have a corrosion-resistant construction, making them ideal for highly volatile samples. Each cell has a precise path length which is calibrated using the interference pattern generated by an empty cell in the beam of a spectrometer.
