Compatible with Vista/700-ES Series ICP-OES, 4100/4200 MP-AES.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 0.7 L/min and sample flow rate is 0.4 mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 0.4 mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read approximately 40 psi at 0.7 L/min gas flow rate. Can tolerate up to 20% TDS.
