Perkin Elmer US LLC Type C3 MEINHARD Glass Nebulizer for ELAN and NexION 300/350
MEINHARD Nebulizers are self-aspirating and not to be used with solutions containing hydrofluoric acid. Nebulizers require an end cap (N0680504) for use with Scott Spray Chambers.

MicroMist DC Nebulizer 0.2 mL/min, includes UniFit Connector with 0.50mm ID x 1.3mm OD x 700mm long tubing (1 pc.) and DC Gas Fitting Type 21 with ratchet connector (1 pc.). Compatible with Perkin Elmer Optima ICP-OES.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 0.7L/min and sample flow rate is 0.2mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 0.2mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read ~40 psi at 0.7L/min gas flow rate. Can tolerate up to 15% TDS. MicroMist is the standard configuration for many ICP manufacturers due to its excellent sensitivity and precision at low flow rates. Replacement parts include P/Ns NC1625341 and 70-803-1070.Recommend maintenance tools are Fluka RBS25 (P/N NC9000117) and Eluo Nebulizer Cleaning Tool (P/N NC9462559).
