Compatible with Analytik Jena ICP-MS and Leeman.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 1.0 L/min and sample flow rate is 0.4 mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 0.4 mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read approximately 40 psi at 1.0 L/min gas flow rate. Can tolerate up to 20% TDS. We recommend the use of the Elegra Argon Humidifier to achieve best performance with high TDS.Replacement parts include P/Ns NC1625341 and 502703076.Recommend nebulizer maintenance tools are Fluka RBS25 (P/N NC9000117) and Eluo Nebulizer Cleaning Tool (P/N NC9462559).
