Ibidi USA Culture-Insert 3 Well in µ-Dish 35mm, High, ibiTreat - Tissue Culture Treated Polymer Coverslip
The ibidi Culture-Insert family is developed for wound healing, co-cultivation, and migration assays of adherent cells. The Culture-Insert 3 Well consists of three wells, separated by two 500 µm walls. A proprietary biocompatible adhesive is applied to the underside of the Culture-Insert which allows it to adhere to any flat, clean, and dry surface. A cell suspension can be placed in the wells allowing the adherent cells to grow in the designated areas only. After cell cultivation, the Culture-Insert can be removed by using sterile tweezers. The removal creates two clean, cell-free, and well-defined 500 µm gaps. Live-cell imaging can be used to analyze the gap closures. The Culture-Insert 3 Well comes ready-to-use in our µ-Dish 35 mm, High, ibiTreat dishes. Sterile, 30 pcs./box.
