CTL-Test™ Medium contains injection grade water supplemented with amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts, and human serum albumin (HSA) in a proprietary composition to provide a nutritionally complete and balanced environment for the PBMC. A variant of this medium, CTL-Test B™, has been specially formulated for B cell ELISPOT assays. CTL-Test™ Medium is available in 100ml or 500ml bottles.
