The PathHunter ADRB2 cell line is a stable, engineered cell line for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) targeting GPCRs. This cell line enables assessment of ligand (e.g. isoproterenol) based activation of ADRB2 GPCR activity via detection of β-arrestin recruitment. The included cell line overexpresses ProLink-tagged ADRB2 and EA-tagged β-Arrestin-2. Activation of ADRB2 stimulates the recruitment of β-Arrestin-2 and produces EFC signal. ATCC Agarabi; Ovary; Chinese Hamster (Cricetulus griseus)
Agarabi CHO is a cell line exhibiting lymphoblast and epithelial (per depositor) morphology that were isolated from the ovaries of a Chinese hamster (Cricetulus griseus). The cells were stably transfected with a two-vector system expressing a model mouse-human chimeric IgG1 antibody. Single cell derived clones were isolated by limiting dilution and expanded. Agarabi CHO was subjected to further amplification by treatment with 2 μM methotrexate for up to 42 days and frozen. On thaw, Agarabi CHO was serially subcultured in the absence of methotrexate on a 3-4 day regime for ~2-3 weeks and cryopreserved. This cell line is an industrially-relevant research material that can be used in the study of continuous biomanufacturing, process analytical technology, and bioprocess design.

Primary Human Lung Microvascular Endothelial Cells (ACBRI 468 V) were initiated from normal human peripheral lung tissue. Unlike cells from other providers, Cell Systems primary cells are isolated without antibody labels for enhanced biological relevance. Each vial contains ~1 x 10^6 cells with 85-92% viability under ideal conditions. They are available at Passage 3 (<12 cumulative population doublings) and will initiate a Passage 4 cell culture in a 75 cm2 flask. Upon activation of MC5R, the resulting calcium activity can be fluorescently assayed. Each vial contains 200 mouse intestinal organoids derived from the small intestine of C57BL/6 mice that were cultured in IntestiCult™ Organoid Growth Medium (Mouse) and cryopreserved in CryoStor CS10. Using cryopreserved Mouse Intestinal Organoids enables establishment of intestinal organoid cultures without the need to isolate intestinal crypts from primary tissue, eliminating the need for access to fresh mouse tissue and making it easy to standardize experimental starting materials.
