Zero Dead Space Drain Valve, 2" Beaded Pipe, Stabilizing Pin, 1" Beaded Pipe Sidearm, GL-40 Thread. The Zero Dead Space flush bottom valve is designed to prevent solids from collecting in the bottom of the vessel. The PTFE drain valve plunger is supplied with a Perfluoro and a TFE encapsulated o-ring for the tip and two Perfluoro o-rings installed on the shaft. The drain valve is connected to the reactor by a unique 2 beaded pipe valve seat that is sealed to the reactor bottom. Chemglass's valve permits total drainage of the vessel contents. The sidearm has a 1 beaded pipe fitting. There are two types of plug assemblies; the first is the plain plug for use with Chemglass's standard agitators; the second has a stabilizing pin that is used with the 100L agitators. The pin extends into the lower agitator and virtually eliminates any whipping by stabilizing the stirrer shaft. NOTE: COUPLINGS, HOSE CONNECTIONS AND ADAPTERS ARE SOLD SEPARATELY.

Side Support Shelf, PTFE Coated Aluminum, Non-Folding, 12-7/8" W x 13" L. Removable side shelves for Chemglass reactor support frames offer convenient support for the Chemglass data logger, motor controller, temperature monitor/controller, reagent bottles, etc. Shelves attach to the uprights of the support frame via PTFE coated aluminum mounting brackets. Shelves are constructed of aluminum and PTFE coated for chemical resistance. Units can be mounted on either side of the reactor frame. PLEASE NOTE: THE CG-1968-X-50 IS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT THE CG-1972-65 TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER.
