Biotium Annexin V, CF350 Conjugate
Annexin V fluorescent conjugates can be used to detect apoptotic cells. The human anticoagulant Annexin V is a 35-36 kDa calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein with high affinity for phosphatidylserine (PS). In normal viable cells, PS is located on the inner leaflet of the cytoplasmic membrane. In apoptotic cells, however, PS is translocated from the inner to the outer leaflet of the plasma membrane, where it can be detected by fluorescently labeled Annexin V. CF Dye Annexin V Conjugates are provided at 50 ug/mL in buffer with azide as a preservative. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. UV-excitable blue fluorescent CF350 dye has excitation/emission at 347/448 nm.

Chemical. CAS 2381037-82-5. Formula C20H23F6N7O3. MW 523.4. RBN-2397 is a potent NAD competitive small molecule inhibitor of PARP-7. RBN-2397 selectively inhibits PARP-7 and demonstrates >50-fold selectivity for inhibition of PARP-7 over all PARP family members as measured by biochemical assays. RBN-2397 inhibits PARP-7-dependent MARylation IC50 = 2nM in cell biochemical assay and inhibits cells proliferation in NCI-H1373 lung cancer cells IC50 = 20nM. SP600125 is an orally active, reversible and ATP-competitive broad-spectrum JNK inhibitor for JNK1, JNK2 and JNK3 IC50 = 40nM, 40nM and 90nM, respectively. In Jurkat T cells, SP600125 suppressed the phosphorylation of c-Jun with IC50 of 5-10 µM. It has 10-fold greater selectivity against MKK4, 25-fold greater selectivity against MKK3, MKK6, PKB and PKCalpha, and 100-fold selectivity against ERK2, p38, Chk1, EGFR. SP600125 is also a broad-spectrum inhibitor of serine/threonine kinases including hydrocarbon receptor AhR, Mps1, Aurora kinase A, FLT3 and TRKA. SP600125 inhibits cell cycle, autophagy and ferroptosis and activates apoptosis. It shows anti-inflammatory activity by inhibiting the expression of inflammatory genes such as COX-2, IL-2 IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha and has antiviral and neuroprotective properties.
