Biotium 5-(And-6)-Carboxyfluorescein
5-(and-6)-FAM (full name: 5-(and-6)-Carboxyfluorescein mixed isomer) has a pKa of 6.5 and can be used as a pH indicator. Its excitation spectrum and fluorescence response to pH are similar to those of BCECF. Carboxyfluorescein can also be used as a tracer dye. The dye is membrane-impermeant and can be loaded into cells by microinjection or scrape loading. Biotium MitoView™ 650
MitoView™ 650 is a far-red mitochondrial stain for live cells. Its staining is not responsive to mitochondrial membrane potential. With excitation/emission at 644/670 nm, and can be combined with visible red probes for multicolor imaging.
Biotium LysoView™ 405, 1000X in DMSO, Trial Size
LysoView™ 405 is a blue fluorescent lysosome stain for live cells. It has excitation at 318 and 400 nm and emission at 464 nm, for detection in the DAPI or Pacific Blue channels.

MitoView™ 650 is a far-red mitochondrial stain for live cells. Its staining is not responsive to mitochondrial membrane potential. With excitation/emission at 644/670 nm, and can be combined with visible red probes for multicolor imaging.
Biotium Human Transferrin, CF488A Conjugate, 1 mg
Transferrin is a glycoprotein that binds iron for delivery to vertebrate cells through receptor-mediated endocytosis. After binding to its receptor on the cell surface, transferrin is rapidly internalized by invagination of clathrin-coated pits with formation of endocytic vesicles, the acidic environment favors dissociation of iron from the transferrin-receptor complex. Following the release of iron, the apotransferrin is recycled to the plasma membrane where it is released from its receptor to scavenge more iron.
