BioDesignDialysis Tubing (TM) is a thin walled dialysis tubing available in 5 different diameters and with 3 different molecular weight cutoff characteristics ranging from 14,000, 8,000, and 3,500. It is sold as a dried tube. The manufacture of our tubing is done with rigorous control of a uniform wall thickness and composition to have reliable and consistant dialysis to occur. Our products includes the largest diameter commercially available dialysis tubing which is used for high volume procedures throughout the world. Sold in an air tight plastic container, it is usually stored in the supplied dry state in the refrigerator. To use: simply take a piece and wash under a steam of distilled water three times on the outside and then, using a gloved hand to hold the bottom tight, the inside of the tubing three times. This fully hydates the tubing.
