Complex of human CDK1 (Cyclin Dependent Kinase 1) and human Cyclin A2. The two constructs are: recombinant human CDK1, full length encompassing amino acids 2-297 (end) and recombinant human Cyclin A2, full length encompassing amino acids 2-432 (end). Both constructs contain an N-terminal GST-Tag. A short peptide linker placed between GST and the protein includes a PreScission protease cleavage site. The two proteins were co-expressed in Sf9 insect cells and spontaneously formed a complex, which was affinity purified.
