This kit assesses compound-engagement-based stabilization of MEK1 via detection of MEK1 levels. This product uses EFC technology. The cell line included overexpresses MEK1 target protein fused to ProLabel. In the absence of compound that binds and stabilizes the target, this protein is degraded and no EFC signal is produced. When compound engages and stabilizes the target, EA contained in the detection reagent produces EFC signal. eXpress kits are a convenient, ready-to-use format which contains all materials needed to run the assay, including single-use vials of cryopreserved cells, cell plating media, detection reagent, and assay plates. The SensoLyte Red Glucocerebrosidase (GBA) Assay Kit detects GBA activity by using a highly sensitive fluorogenic substrate. The GBA substrate provided in the kit releases the red fluorescent dye resorufin upon Glucocerebrosidase cleavage with absorption/emission maxima at 570 nm/610 nm. This assay kit can be used to detect enzyme activity in purified enzyme preparations and compound screening. The Red Glucocerebrosidase (GBA) Assay is one-step homogenous reaction, which does not require the additional step of dispensing stop solution after the incubation, thereby suitable for HTS. The long wavelength fluorescence resorufin is also less interfered by the autofluorescence of components in biological samples and test compounds.
