Empty Spin Columns are ideal for rapid protein purification from small sample volumes. The frit in the lower part of the column ensure that the resin remain in the spin column while sample or buffer flow through rapidly during the centrifugation process. The maximum filling volume is 700 ul. Strep-Tactin resins are recommended for these proteins.With Strep-TactinXT 4Flow high capacity, denaturing agents such as urea can be used. In comparison to Strep-TactinXT 4Flow, Strep-TactinXT 4Flow high capacity has a higher density of immobilized Strep-TactinXT, which leads to a higher yield of purified protein.Purify large samples faster with IBA's WET FRED.
