Sino Biological Recombinant Human CCR7/CD197 Protein (VLP, Flag Tag)
A DNA sequence encoding the Human CCR7-VLP (Full Length) (P32248) (Met1-Leu344, thermostabilizing mutations) was fused with a flag tag at the C-terminus. This protein was prepared using our VLP platform.As an innovative technology platform, VLPs are generated through the self-assembly of viral proteins in HEK293 cells. This process efficiently integrates membrane proteins onto the VLP surface, preserving their native conformation and yielding soluble, high-concentration proteins that are ideally suited for immunization and antibody screening.

Goats were immunized with CHO lysosomal phospholipase A2 (LPLA2) of recombinant origin and antiserum were collected. The antibody was immunoaffinity purified off an antigen containing immunosorbent. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG. This antibody reacts with CHO LPLA2 of recombinant origin and LPLA2 secreted by a null CHO cell line as determined by ELISA and western blot. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.

Cell Biolabs' 293AAV Cell Line is a permanent line established from primary embryonic human kidney transformed with human adenovirus type 5 DNA. The genes encoded by the E1 region of adenovirus (E1a and E1b) are expressed in these cells and participate in transactivation of viral promoters, allowing these cells to produce high levels of protein. The 293AAV Cell Line is derived from the parental 293 cells but selected for attributes that increase AAV production. It offers several advantages over the regular 293 cells: (1) Larger cell surface area resulting higher transfection and better yield of AAV; (2) Flattened morphology; and (3) Firm attachment to culture plates, ideal for large scale culture and AAV production.
