Apolipoprotein H, also known as APOH, is a human protein expressed in HEK293 cells with a His tag at the C-terminus. This protein is a primary target of anti-phospholipid antibodies (aPLs) associated with systemic lupus erythematosus and antiphospholipid syndrome. It is supplied as a lyophilized powder, formulated from a 0.22 μm filtered solution of 20 mM PB, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.2; or 50 mM Tris-HCl, 300 mM NaCl, pH 7.4; or PBS, pH 7.4, 8% trehalose.
- Expressed in HEK293 cells with a C-terminal His tag
- Purity of >= 95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE
- Molecular weight approximately 45-70 kDa
- Endotoxin level less than 1 EU/μg
- Functional in cell proliferation assay with Jurkat human T-lymphocyte leukemia cells
- Binds Biotinylated Human LDL R in functional ELISA
