Vector Laboratories ImmPACT DAB Peroxidase (HRP) Substrate Kit 120 ml
Vector Laboratories ImmPACT DAB HRP Substrate Kit produces a dark brown reaction product that is crisper and 3-4 times more sensitive than the original Vector DAB substrate kit. It can be used for both manual and automated staining methods. The ImmPACT DAB working solution is stable for at least five days at room temperature and at least two weeks when stored at 4 degrees C. This product consists of a concentrated stock solution of highly purified DAB and 120 ml of diluent and can be used for IHC and on blots. Vector Laboratories horseradish peroxidase (HRP) substrate kits include options that are cost-effective (e.g. standard DAB), sensitive (e.g. ImmPACT DAB) and convenient (ImmPACT DAB EqV). The range of vibrant colors available facilitates multiplex staining.
Surmodics Inc TMB One Component HRP Microwell Substrate, 1L
The BioFX™ one component 3,3’,5,5’-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) substrate is supplied in a ready-to-use solution. Peroxidase reacts with the TMB substrate solution to produce a soluble blue reaction product that can be read at 370 nm or 620-650 nm for ELISA applications. Stop solutions can be added to prevent further color development and reading the absorbance values at the desired wavelengths.
Vector Laboratories ImmPACT™ VIP Peroxidase (HRP) Substrate Kit 120 ml
Vector Laboratories ImmPACT VIP Peroxidase (HRP) Substrate Kit produces an intense violet (purple) reaction that is 2-4 times more sensitive than that of Vector VIP Substrate. The Vector ImmPACT VIP chromogen provides an excellent color contrast in pigmented tissues such as melanoma or retina and can be used for both manual and automated staining methods. This kit consists of 120 ml of diluent and concentrated stock solutions in convenient dropper bottles. This substrate formulation can be used on nylon or PVDF membranes but is not recommended for use on nitrocellulose membranes. Working solutions are stable for up to 14 days at 4 degrees C. Stained sections should be dehydrated, cleared, and permanently mounted.
Vector Laboratories DAB Peroxidase (HRP) Substrate Kit (With Nickel), 3,3'-Diaminobenzidine 300 ml
The Vector Laboratories DAB Peroxidase Substrate Kit with Nickel includes a nickel solution that can change the reaction product color from brown to gray/black. This kit provides all of the necessary reagents in convenient dropper bottles and works well for both IHC and blot-based protein detection. Slides developed with DAB/ Ni should be dehydrated, cleared, and permanently mounted. This kit can be used to prepare 300 ml of working solution.
