Purchasing an Assay ID via Quotes

An Assay ID on fishersci.com is a unique identifier used to label and track specific assay products, helping manage information such as gene symbols, assay names, dye labels, primer details, and other relevant data.

To purchase an Assay ID via Quotes:

1. Navigate to Quotes
   • Navigate to Quotes from your Account Dashboard.
   • Find and select the quote associated with your Assay Product.
   • Check the "Add to Cart" box for the items you would like to purchase.
   • Select the Add to Cart button
2. Your Assay Product will be added to Cart:
   • Populate the Assay ID desired for the product, talk to your requestor or sales representative if you don't have the associated Assay ID.
     • Note: Once entered, you may need to click outside of the Assay ID box to validate the ID.
3. Confirm Assay ID
   • Confirm Assay ID is listed with the line item.
4. Proceed to Checkout:
   • Complete the checkout process as usual.
   • If you are purchasing through an eProcurement system, you will need to click "Return Cart to Purchasing Application" and then complete checkout as usual.
