Applying Contract Pricing

With a account that is linked to your organization's business account, contract pricing is automatically applied.  

How I add my institution’s business account to my access?

If you are unsure if you have personal account or upgraded to a business account, simply sign-in to your account and visit your “Business Accounts” (aka “Address Book”) page through the same named link within your My Account menu.  If you only have personal account access, the page will indicate this and provide a link to upgrade and add a business account.

To link your institution’s business account, ensure you are logged in and use the “Link to a Business Account” link in your My Account menu which will then guide you through the process.  In most cases, you will receive a business account upgrade confirmation email from us within 24 hours including the shipping and billing details of the account.  

You will be able to track the status of your business account upgrade request through your Account Profile. If any follow-up required, you will be notified by email AND you will be able to track and respond through your Business Accounts/ dashboard
