How to Upgrade to a Business Account

If you intend to purchase from our premier scientific marketplace on behalf of your institution, you should ensure that you upgrade to a business account through which you can enjoy account-specific pricing and credit terms, request quotes, and have a dedicated account support team.  Don’t worry, the process is simple and fast.  

How do I know if I have a business account?   

 If you are unsure if you have personal account or upgraded to a business account, simply sign-in to your account and visit your “Business Accounts” (aka “Address Book”) page available as a link within the My Account menu.  If you only have personal account access, the page will indicate this and provide a link to upgrade and add a business account.

How do I upgrade to and add a business account to my access?

To connect to your institution’s business account, simply login to your account.  If you do not have a user/personal account, you will need to do this first.  After logging in, use the “Link to a Business Account” in your My Account menu which will then automatically guide you through the process.
