Description

R&D Systems™ 10X PBS (phosphate buffered saline) buffer is manufactured without magnesium or calcium, and is suitable for cell resuspension and washing in the in situ apoptosis detection (TUNEL) procedure.

  • Store in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place.
  • Keep container closed when not in use. Keep/Store away from direct sunlight, extremely high or low temperatures and incompatible materials.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation, especially in confined areas.
  • Wear chemically resistant protective gloves.
