Description

Cartridges feature a unique end-of-service-life indicator (ESLI) to help users determine when to change their cartridges in appropriate environments.

  • End-of-service-life indicator (ESLI) complements current respirator change-out schedule
  • ESLI is located inside cartridge, next to activated carbon
  • Particulate filter is permanently attached to cartridge
  • Spring-loaded filter cover
  • Designed to indicate service life based on individual exposure and respiratory use patterns

Working:

  • Organic vapors travel through the cartridge and also absorbed into the ESLI
  • Clear cartridge wall allows to monitor developing indicator bar
  • When the cartridge is exposed to specific vapor concentrations, change in the indicator is noticed

Usage:

  • When used properly in appropriate environments, indicator bar will develop to help determine remaining cartridge service life
  • Change your cartridge at the normally scheduled interval or when ESLI indicates, whichever occurs first
