A68930 is a synthetic molecule developed by Abbott that is selective for D1-like dopamine receptor over D2-like (EC50=2.1 and 3910 nM, respectively). Produces antidepressant and anorectic effects in animals. Provided as 10 mg of dry powder. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter,  PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
