Description

Kit provides ready-to-go reagents for efficient and robust proteomics mass spectrometry (MS) sample preparation for use with the AccelerOme Automated Sample Prep System.

  • Kit contains pre-formulated buffers, MS-grade trypsin/Lys-C enzyme mix, and peptide clean up cartridges for the processing of samples from protein lysis and digestion through peptide clean-up
  • The single-use components are conveniently provided in labeled trays for direct placement on the AccelerOme system
  • A peptide retention time calibration standard is also included with the kit (shipped separately) that can be spiked into the sample before LC-MS analysis to assess system performance.
  • Complete set of ready-to-use proteomic sample prep and clean-up reagents for easy loading onto instrument
  • Reagents combined with AccelerOme ecosystem provide consistent, high-quality results with technical replicates with <5% CV
  • Reagents verified on system using cells, plasma, proteins, and tissue samples for 1–100 μg samples
  • Instrumentation and reagents perform the work enabling time away from tedious hands-on sample preparation
