Invitrogen™ Acrosin Monoclonal Antibody (ACR-2)

Description
This antibody reacts with various forms of porcine acrosin (55, 53, 45 and 35 kDa), a typical serine proteinase with trypsin-like specificity. Acrosin is stored in the acrosome of undamaged spermatozoa. This antibody will not cross-react with human, canine or bovine. Immunocytochemistry: Membrane permeabilization (acetone) is essential.
