Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: rat stomach tissue, rat kidney tissue, mouse small intestine tissue. IHC: rat small intestine tissue, mouse spleen tissue, mouse spleen tissue, rat brain tissue, rat spleen tissue.

Catalyzes the hydrolytic deamination of adenosine and 2-deoxyadenosine. Plays an important role in purine metabolism and in adenosine homeostasis. Modulates signaling by extracellular adenosine, and so contributes indirectly to cellular signaling events. May act as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation.
