Invitrogen™ ARNT Polyclonal Antibody

Description
PA1-515 detects Ah receptor nuclear translocator (ARNT) from mouse and rat cells. PA1-515 has been successfully used in Western blot and immunofluorescence procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects an ~87 kDa protein representing ARNT from Hepa 1c1c7 cell lysate. PA1-515 reacts with one other band lower than ARNT whose identity has not been established. PA1-515 immunizing peptide corresponds to amino acid residues 771-789 from human ARNT. This sequence is completely conserved between human and mouse ARNT.
