The Akura 96-well Spheroid and Organoid Microplate is designed for lossless spheroid/organoid formation and handling as well as reliable culturing and analysis. The package includes 5 individually wrapped Akura 96 Spheroid Microplates, made of Cyclic olefin polymer, high-efficiency ULA coating, sterile, and includes a lid. Imaging speed and resolution are enhanced through defined 1 mm quick-reference region of interest and a flat bottom well to minimize optical aberration and ensure constant spheroid z-position. It features a unique SureXchange ledge engineered to prevent unintended spheroid/organoid aspiration while leaving a minimal residual volume (5-7 µl) for >90% medium removal using manual and automated pipetting. ANSI/SLAS standard format for full compatibility with automated liquid handling systems.
