Description

Achieve both high sample recovery and fast sample processing. EMD Amicon™ Ultra Centrifugal Filter Units feature regenerated cellulose membranes that are ideal for protein & nucleic acid purification, concentration and desalting.

• High-recovery Ultracel™-PL regenerated cellulose membranes with MWCOs of 3, 10, 30, 50 or 100kDa
• Vertical membrane reduces polarization for ultrafast spin times (as little as 10 to 15 min.)
• Heat-sealed membrane eliminates possibility of downstream extractables
• Universal rotor compatibility
• High retentate recovery of >90%
• High concentration factors of 80- to 100-fold (minimum final concentrate volume: 200μL)
• Easy sample monitoring due to translucent housing and volume gradations
• Direct pipetter sample access eliminates processing step to recover concentrate
